- When is shipping complimentary?
- Every order above AED 500 ships free worldwide, insured and tracked. Samples are included with every order.
- Do you ship fragrance by air?
- Alcohol-based fragrance is classified as dangerous goods. We ship by approved air freight where permitted and by road within the GCC.
- What is your return window?
- Unopened bottles in their original seal may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less return carriage.
- Can I return an opened bottle?
- For hygiene and safety reasons opened fragrance cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Write to us and we will make it right.
- How do I start a return?
- Email hello@eyasandco.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label where available.
